Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, though the view was spoiled by ongoing building work. The initial cleanliness was lacking, with a broken toilet and an unclean environment. Despite these issues, the stay was not completely ruined.
The hotel could use some updates as the rooms weren't as clean as expected and were not serviced properly. The location is convenient, but there were additional charges for services like parking and hot water. The dining experience, although reasonable, felt chaotic due to the small dining room. The staff, while not unfriendly, could improve in terms of being more punctual and helpful.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, but there were issues with cleaning service and a strange smell on the 5th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were concerns about food availability. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and shops, although a bit far from cafes. The dining experience was subpar with poorly stocked items.
The hotel is located in a nice area near restaurants and Marketown. The rooms smelt of musk, and the corridor outside our door was full of dirty and smelly linen and rubbish. The poor man trying to keep an eye on both the bar and the dining room led to a noisy environment with banging on the walls all night.
